Namibia, formerly South West Africa, is one of the safest, cleanest, most stable countries on the continent. Our outfitter offers ranch style hunting on a variety of ranches across the country. These ranches range in size from 60,000 acres on up. Plains game such as kudu, gemsbok, Cape or red hartebeest, springbok, Cape eland, common waterbuck, steenbok, blesbok, and warthog, etc. Excursions to the highlands can be undertaken for Hartmann or mountain zebra and klipspringer. Other unique trophies include cheetah and black faced (Angolan) impala. Leopard hunting is also an option. This outfitter accepts only one hunting group at a time at his ranch, located at Okahandja. This area of Namibia is noted for its trophy warthogs. At the ranch, gourmet meals compliment the day’s adventure.
All inclusive hunting packages are offered for plains game such as; 9 days/7 hunt days one-on-one for 6 animals, kudu, gemsbok, red hartebeest, warthog, springbok and jackal, for 4,000 Euros, one-on-one. The same hunt on a two-on-one basis is 3,850 Euros. This includes transfers to and from the airport, all food and lodging, trophy fees, hunting licenses, trophy preparation, etc. If the hunter completes this package, he will be offered a female gemsbok or female hartebeest at no charge (Photo below features red hartebeest taken with this outfitter in Namibia.).
If these plans do not exactly suit your needs, you can specify your own itinery. Guide fees are 220 Euros per day for one-on-one or 180 Euros per day for two-on-one. Trophy fees range from 750 Euros for kudu or mountain zebra, 425 Euros for gemsbok or red hartebeest, 400 Euros for springbok or warthog, 2,000 Euros for common waterbuck, and 1,500 Euros for Cape eland or cheetah. Non-hunt days and/or non-hunter companions are accommodated at 75 Euros per day. Hunting runs from March to November.
Our outfitter will also organize photographic or sport fishing excursions to meet the requirements of individual clients or groups. Visits to Etosha National Park, and the Namib and Kalahari deserts as well as Swakopmund, on the Skeleton Coast, are all possibilities. Contact us for details.
